It's not there work it's there customer service needs to have more information about there orders to be coming in for delivery. They sounded clueless on orders that are to be receiving and what make me mad is we were told a time it would be in about not mouths more cause they forgot to order the finished cover for the machine power recliner. What happened from 20 years ago the customer service was better in handling customer service hopefully they improved
