Needed a winch out of the ditch, called AMA and waited over 2 hours, by the time i got through i gave some strange directions (I was hunting) and driver was there in half hour. he also didnt blink at the fact that there were no tow points on the truck. out in 5 min, would reccomend always

The service we had from Armour Towing was AWFUL. We called AMA and had them come to get us, which took almost 2 full hours. After the truck finally came, he spent a while trying to fix it (which was great), with no success, and told us it needed to be towed. This was fine, and we wanted it taken back to our hometown, which he didn't seem to excited about, but agreed. He told us to go on ahead (it was 10:30 by this time, with a 1.5 hour drive ahead of us), and he would follow shortly behind. Before even getting out of Camrose, I got a call from him stating he had another call to attend to, and would bring our vehicle in about an hour. Upon arrival home, around midnight, I got a call from their dispatch, stating he would leave in about an hour or two. The car was to be taken to the dealership in our hometown to be looked at, as it didn't run. In the morning, my husband went to go and give the keys to the dealership, and the car WAS NOT THERE. After phoning, we found out that the car was "on its way" (this is almost a full 12 hours from our original call). It finally arrived, but went to a totally different residential address, and was dropped off without any sort of confirmation, leaving us with a $70 towing bill to get the vehicle to the dealership. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES.
