Recently had to call for a wheelchair cab to transport a resident to a new residence. Called ahead to reserve for a specific time. Was told it could be up to 45 minutes late as they only have a few of these vehicles. After waiting 3 hrs called another company. Mgr I spoke to was to review my original call to see if I was told I couldnt reserve and call me back. Still no call back 3 days later (I assume I wasnt told) and still no CAB if you need to get somewhere use a different company.
I’m in a wheelchair and I booked a wheelchair accessible cab the night before online and just found out when I called them that they had canceled my ride without any notice. I urge anyone who needs to take a cab save yourself the wait and just take an UBER. Honestly walking would have been a better alternative to this absolutely TERRIBLE cab company.
Sent the car to the Wong address twice even when I called and ensured they had the correct address. The driver and the dispatcher were extremely rude when I corrected them. Will never use Co-Op again.
If Homer Simpson ran a taxi company it would be better than this. Absolutely useless
I left my wallet in a cab. Called a few hours later and was told if they would contact the driver to look for it. After countless calls to them, two days later the driver apparently got back to them. I was told he had been sleeping (for 2 days) as he works nights. Meanwhile a spending spree on my credit cards. When I finally got the call... the wallet wasn't there. Shocking. But apparently the driver was well rested so, that's a plus.
I will never take this cab again I've only lived in Edmonton for two years and I've been left stranded three times by this cab company and twice by yellow cab they're owned by the same company and they just suck !
worst taxi company ever was told the taxi would be there in 10 minutes, went outside for 8 minutes to see if there and it was just about to leave so I flag the van down and first impression was very rude. we were waiting for another person to come out from our party and she got out in under 2 minutes(WHICH MAKES 10 MINUTES LIKE THEY SAID)and the taxi driverwas completely arrogant and started to get mad for us taking too long and blamed my mother for holding us back. Was very upsetting. STAY AWAY
The driver was awful to myself and my mom, never going to use this service again.
Electric Cars (no pollution & no noises). Clean cars in and out. Their divers volunteers in many social activities. Best customer service.
i ask for a taxi driver who could use the GPS - instead they send me an old man who cannot use it at all - very poor service - will not use again - very rude even the calling agent

I TOOK A CAB AFTER THE FOOTBALL GAME AND THE DRIVER OF THE CAR WAS VERY POLITE AND CAR WAS CLEAN. GREAT SERVICE.
I dont know why i keep taking this cab. They are always late!!!! Even when i call ahead of time. The dispatch people are always so rude and dont care. The drivers are even worse! Because none of them speak english! Be warned dont use co op taxi for your transportation service.
called at 615 didn't come till 7 and was late for work don't know how they stay in business glad there's other cab companies out there
I caled at 8 and was answered right away. Was told my can would be right away to 20 min. Ok, sounds fair. But 40 minutes later when I called back, after being on hold for 15 minutes, all I got was 'we were down' as if that is supposed to make me feel better. She was angry and mad at ME instead of being sorry and apologetic that I am suffering as a result of their service failing. I don't care what happened but basic customer service is more important!
After being on hold for 5 mInutes I called another company, and left with them before these guys answered the phone. Id have not given any stars but one is the minimum. For a company supposedly oriented on customer service, I received none, not evn bad service, just none.
