This small, almost hidden fast food place is the highlight of either food court at West Edmonton Mall. They have an amazingly fresh menu, complete with rice and quinoa bowls, green wraps made with collard greens instead of wheat, fresh soups and more. There are tons of vegetarian and gluten-free items on the menu and everything you order has tons of veggies. It’s a great alternative to the usual fries and burgers on the menu at food courts.
