This branch is not competent enough to be given a cheque without losing it in the process. It isn't clear to me how they don't know their own internal logistics or processes. I am sorry I ever dealt with them. Avoid.

Rude Bank Employees

I dropped in to this bank on Feb 1 to purchase several gold bars as an investment and I was met with very rude reception and a very reluctant staff that simply did not want me as a customer. It appears that they advertise about their interest in their clients but that is simply not true. They do not even seem interested in my money when I am there to buy investments. I would consider this bank a very big disgrace to Edmonton and the banking industry. Try another bank if you want to buy gold as this one simply is not interested in selling what they have.
