Not impressed with the customer service. They kept telling more and more things were wrong with my car. They quoted prices and all were higher on the bill. I was told if I bought a new manifold I wouldn’t have to pay for the mounts they broke. Obviously that info wasn’t passed into everyone, the guy that did up my bill cursed at me for that. Never going back there or recommending it to anyone. Very unprofessional.
Was looking for a new catalytic converter and they had the best prices in Lethbridge, by far! I had the option of bringing my own parts in if i wanted which is great! Their customer service is very friendly and helpful. They had a very flexible schedule when i booked my appointment. This was the first mechanic i talked to that didnt make me feel like i was being ripped off!
