I cannot comment on the services they provide but a driver nearly hit me on the road and I was treated poorly when I reported it. When I called to tell them about the dangerous driving, they laughed at me and implied I did not understand the rules of the road rather than taking it seriously. I was almost hit by their semi as they tried to merge into my lane. I had a baby onboard. Even if they did not believe the report, a decent person would show some respect.
