On August 10, 2022 Jason arrived at my home to diagnose a leak in my fridge near the water filter. He diagnosed the issue. However, during the process, he broke the latch on the water filter cover. He took notes of the required parts. Since then, I have left him countless texts and voice messages asking when he will came back to do the repairs. It is now November 28,2022 and I have not heard back from Jason. I would not recommend this person. It seems he only makes money via service charges.
Was a no-show 4 times in a row (never contacted me to say he wasn't coming or even the next day or the day after) to return with a part to fix an appliance. Then I gave him another chance and cancelled or tried to reschedule the next two times. I'm very patient and understanding but this was ridiculous. Obviously, it has been happening for years after I read the reviews. Headaches and he obviously has some work issues. I do not know how he makes a living.
I called Jason one daday to fix our refrigerator He came out the following day which was fine with us. Jason was very nice, polite and fixed our fridge. Pricing was more than fair. I had used him many years ago and was glad he was still available.
Didn't show up twice, texted days later claiming he had a headache. Rescheduled again... and didn't show up and then stopped replying to texts.
Thanks for the no-show. I should have read the reviews of your business before I called I guess, my fault. I called to make an appointment with this guy and he said he would call the next day to set up a time. Fair enough, he called the next morning and said he would be here that afternoon. he never did show up and didn't even have the curtesy to call and say he wasn't going to make it. Thanks Jason, I'll know to take my business elsewhere next time.
Terrible customer service. Won't return calls, texts, or voicemails. After over a month of waiting for him to return calls and set up repairs, we had to hire another repair man, and Jason's diagnosis was wrong anyways. I paid less than his quote for someone who would actually return calls to diagnose the real problem and fix it.
Terrible experience. June 12th our journey started paid $100 for service call, is now Aug 4th & dishwasher still not fixed. He has not been back. Last I heard from him was he would call to set up appointment, that was after he went away on holiday, then was ill. I am pretty patient but have had enough. I have left texts & voice messages, box was full. Got no reply from text. Bosch recommended him as he is a licensed technician. I am still working with Bosch on getting my dishwasher. Lost $100
Jason from jays appliance service is great. I had a problem with my bosch washer. he came to my house i had to wait 4 days for him. my pump was plugged he showed me how to un plug the pump. and was very smart about all appliances. he is very happy guy and so nice and honest jays appliance is who you want to fix you appliances
Jason was a very nice guy. He seems to be busy but when its his own company and he's the only worker, it's not hard to get backed up. He was very professional and his price was about what i thought it would be. I would recommend him him and will use him again.
if you want to wait 30 days for him to show up then wait 2 months for a part that you can pick up at any parts store at any time hes your man doesnt show up for appointments and doesnt call or answer phone when he does worst ever call sears

I am not sure who you are and if it was a service call for another company, I do not work for or do service calls for that company
