Brought in our truck to have lifters replaced. and they ended up breaking the alternator (which we then had to replace twice, plus a new battery.) The second occasion, they found a plug leaking transmission fluid. They had told us they had to remove the universal joint to get at the plug in order to seal it with silicone. In the process, they broke the pins for the universal joint, so it had to be replaced. Not only did we have to pay to replace the part they broke, they ordered the wrong part FOUR TIMES. Then, to add icing on the cake, after sitting in the truck, my husband's sweater and jeans were COVERED in yellow dirt, leading me to believe that the mechanic was too lazy to cover the seat. If you're looking to get booked in fast, this is the place. But beyond that...
