Disappointed. They cancelled my appointment 2 hours before after booking almost a month in advance (I took time off work). Next time appointment would be a month from now.

Great therapists and a convenient location

What a great bunch of people! Shannon literally got me back on my feet again after a bad hamstring injury. The only complaint is that they are getting so popular that I usually have to book a week or so ahead!! Would definitely recommend.

Body Mechanics

Body Mechanics is very accessible to everyone as it has lots of parking and is also near a bus stop. Body Mechanics does exactly what it's name implies. There are enough therapists to be able to give each and every client the time and care they need. All the therapists seem to have a mission to help you move with ease! Every person I have encountered there so far has been accommodating, and most of all caring professionals. I would and have recommended Body Mechanics to my friends.

Great Therapists with a wide range of skills!

I have been going to Body Mechanics Massage Therapy Clinic for years. It is in a convenient location with parking right at the front door! The atmosphere is friendly and helpful. I use the clinic for a few reasons: Maintaining good health and well being and speeding up the recovery process from injuries caused by a busy lifestyle. They have releived the pain and suffering caused from putting my back out, straining or tearing muscles from running or going to the gym. This clinic is a 10 out of 10!! Great people, great facility with an easy to access location. You can see a male or female therapist and with 11 of them you don't have to wait to book an appointment.
