I am a U.S. citizen & back in March, I had crashed into a snowbank after losing control on the icy roads 20 min from Ft. Nelson. Some truckers called Archies for me & they were there within 40-45 minutes. Todds customer service was through the roof! He had crawled under my car, digging the snow out with his shovel, jimmy-rigged a towstrap to it to get me out, & THEN even checked my engine to make sure it was running properly! He cleaned my car the next day to clear the ice. Thank you!!!!
