The facility was clean, had amazing new equipment, you have the view of an amazing lake, friendly staff and well put together/organized. Been to many gyms and this one is in my top bests for sure.

The worst gym I've ever gone to!! I signed up on a 12-month contract and was told the only ways to cancel my membership was to move 30km away from any VI Fitness or bring in a doctors note stating I can no longer use the facilities. No I moved 30km away and gave them the proof but they still want another two payments!!! In fact I have already paid last month membership upfront!!! I called the manager and she told me I have to pay another two payments although last month has been paid upfront. I asked her if she can give me the head office number or email, she said she doesn't know!! I emailed and called but nobody gets back to me. Later the regional manger phoned me said if I do not pay another payment there is no way I could get out of the membership! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH VI FITNESS EVER! Escalate to a lawyer seems to be the only possible way and a few members wanted to get a lawyer together to protect our right.
