Since 1996, Pasquale and Ria Cozza have been delighting the Lower Mainland's South African community with the nostalgic tastes of their famous house-made biltong, boerewors, and dry sausages.
“South African biltong and sausages are an important part of our culture. We aim to preserve the original taste of these famous traditional foods for the enjoyment of generations to come,” says Ria. Made in Langley, all of their sausage and meat products are made with high-quality Alberta beef. Inside their shop, Pasquale and Ria invite customers to sample droewors (dried sausage) and a selection of boerewors (farmer's sausage).
Beyond the meats on offer, Serengeti Trading also has a large selection of imported favourites, such as Mrs. Balls chutney, Ouma Rusks and Rooibos tea. All of these items are carefully selected based on their excellence in taste, quality and goodness, so it’s not surprising that Ria’s customers can’t get enough of them.
