    Was told my prescription (which was urgent) would be ready within two days. It took them three days. Terrible! Avoid this place.

    They say they deliver, but they don't actually deliver

    I get chemo at Lions gate hospital, and order my prescriptions 2 days ahead - They forgot to deliver my order the other week. This week, I ordered and told them how my prescription was forgotten before, and that it was critical it be delivered to the ward on Thursday because my treatment was 8:30am Friday (before Davies opens) I live an hour from North Van, so can't pick up the day ahead. They did not deliver! Without the drugs I would end up in the ER due to excessive vomitting. - careless!!!!

    Excellent service...

    Excellent service, perscription was filled while I waited and done before i was even finished browsing the store. Direct bill to my insurance company and the offer to delivery a perscription to my door for free will make me a repeat customer. As a busy mom of three, these touches make all the difference.
