We are proud of our Marina's Swim School students for their many accomplishments, and believe in honoring these accomplishments accordingly. Upon completion of a swim level, each student receives a progressive card; they then have it as a constant reminder of what they have achieved, and what they are capable of achieving in the future. I have a very bad experience with Marina, it is because their mis-selling swim package and I was told the class size of each swim lesson is Four but then they changed the class size to Five without notice. When I reached out to their management, they haven't provided any reason, and I wanted to refund the rest of my school fee for this season. They have unreasonably rejected even they are misleading their customers or doing unfair business practice.
We got very positive emotions with "Marina's Swim School".
At the beginning our kids started to swim, later on me and my wife got lessons as well.
The school is doing Red Cross program, like in other community centers.
But attention and method are pretty different.
I want to say a personal thank you to Jania for our kids.

My 6 year-old daughter started swim lessons at Marina's Swim School last fall and during her 1st year she has made so much progress. She used to be scared of water. We tried taking her to a community centre but she would cry and did not make any progress. The instructor at Marina's swim school made sure that she was comfortable and always having fun. She loves her instructor and can't wait to go for her swim lessons each week.
I have very bad experience trying to use the groupon. There were no openings for swimming lessons. After we compromise for a difficult time on weekdays, the vendor cancelled our schedule and give it to regular registration students, I already tried to negotiate for solution, but they don't cooperate properly other than sell me regular package for regular booking. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical business practice.
