The service at Sechelt Mcdonalds is absolutely horrible. Ive driven away one too many times with the wrong order. I dont know if it is a language problem with the new owners but they need to start double confirming orders at both windows. You cant even call and let them know received the wrong order because they leave the phone off the hood. It is up to me to turn around on my lunch hour with my cold food and show them. Train your employees better.
have been prompt the majority of time and have allowed me to take advantage of their offers when they come in the mail.Have not had to return anything.
