I've had positive and negative experiences with Murakami Motors over the past 9 years. The last experience however was a comedy/tragedy of errors, incompetence and apathy. I drove my van in there with "engine surging" issues. A week later they asked me to come and pick it up. I paid them. Went to drive the van away and realized that it still had the same issue. I pointed this out to Richard. He said mechanic gone now come back Monday. More than a month ago, van not running at all now.
