Used to be a great place but now the receptionists are the worst unprofessional people ever. Never experienced people so nasty and disrespectful. You have to come 30-45 minutes before opening time or wait 2 hours. Then today I have been waiting 45 before opening. And doctor shows up 20 minutes late. Total 60 minutes wait Very unprofessional

Dr. Baker and his staff are great. As long as you respect his front of the office staff they are wonderful. Dr. Baker is the best doctor in all of Surrey.

Receptionist on sunday was horrible

The receptionist on sunday short hair blonde glasses . Scared my 3 yr old daughter to the point where my daughter actually cried all the way home. My daughter does not speak much so she is not able to say a lot of words this woman was telling my daufhter that she has no manners. A innocent child all she asked was for a sticker because she knew the other receptionist there usually offers without asking . I do not believe such ppl with that low tolerance should be working in this type of environme

stay completely away from this clinic. The most service ever with the ladies at the front desk, they lack telephone etiquette. Going into the clinic, the attendant was nasty, terrible and unprofessional. I wonder how people as such are hired to serve the public. I'll never visit this place again evening if I'm dying. Horrible service, terrible!
