Tried it today and will never come back!! Told me over the phone to come at 2pm and waited until 2:45pm. I finally asked the girls at the reception when will I be seen and they seemed totally clueless. Told me I would have to wait another 45 minutes so I ended up leaving. What a waste of time!! Very frustrating!!!
