I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

I was having difficulties with disability equipment which were not Sharon's problem at all, but she went out of her way to help and I was able to get some very stressful issues out of my life thanks to her willing great attitude. I sure recommend using her services if you are dealing with disabled family or friends.

Top Notch Service

After shopping around at several stores and leaving a little more confused as to when I started, I stumbled onto this store on yellowpages and read the reviews so I gave them a shot at my business. Now I must say, I was impressed with their service as well as what everybody else says, the people. They really know their stuff and gave me loads of useful advise, literature and prices to ponder what was the best fit for my needs. I made my decision and contacted them back and they actually arranged to have a therapist come to my home with the wonderful lady I met at the store along with the powerchair that I chose to evaluate my surroundings and make sure it was the right fit for me, and then they actually did all of the paperwork for me to have the new powerchair purchased through my insurance provider. This type of service made a difficult decision absolutely painless and I am now mobile again. Thank you Crossroads

Wonderful caring people!

We took my Mom to see this store when she needed a list of equipment after she had a fall and fractured her hip. It was a stressful time for her and the two ladies at this store were so helpful and caring. They new exactly what we needed and showed us how to use it safely. When my mom was having trouble with the raised toilet seat and we had gone out of town, they went to her place and fixed it properly, free of charge, the same day. What a breath of fresh air from some of the other stores my mom has dealt with! My mom had already bought some other equipment from this store and had met them, but it was our first time. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else and we will be sure to refer anyone we know to them and I'm sure my mom will do the same!

The two ladies at this store were so nice to me and my Mom when we were looking for a walker. They told us everything we needed to know and my Mom loves her new walker. This is sure a good place to go for walkers, wheelchairs and scooters.

Great people to deal with and even better service

I bought a scooter from a different store in Surrey and it hasn't run right since the day I got it. The store in the mall in Surrey never fixed it right all the times I had it there. Then I talked to the lady at Crossroads Mobility and she picked it up, fixed it and had it back to me the very next day, didn't charge me an arm and a leg and it runs like a charm!
