    Been going2this health store for 15YEARS!They hired a "lady"I bought 2certificates4 bio feedback(NOT BETTY!)This other "woman"new at biofeedback didn't know bio well,gave me certificates4-$40 cuz she's new at it.She failed& offered me anohter session.I never got it.I called her&she said she would give my$80 back.Now she refues$ wil-l only give me$40.Told her house burned down&she said"sure"in a rude way&hung up.Asked2 talk to owner&she hung up AGAIN!Other ppl have issues with her.Lost my busines

    Hi Monica. You know who I am. I am the owner of the store. Betty gave you a free session of biofeedback for that 'lost' coupon later. And you know that your boyfriend brought that 'lost' ticket later to the store. Now that the staff you are complaining about also left the store, please be in peace. Grant
