More than 2hrs and 42 mins on wait to book an appointment. Still on hold , this is really unreal. Logging on to book it’s not scanning the documents.

In need of an ultrasound,called few places and they were all booking until March and April! frustrated kept calling few places and finally I found one who could take me the next day,I was shocked! now I know why!went here and had to wait 20 min until I could see this grumpy technician who did ultrasound of my shoulder in less than 5 min!very grumpy staff as well,they are over worked and underpaid, now I am having hard time seeing my result because they are not sending it to my doctor.

Very dissatisfied with having my ultrasound here. Would not recommend to anyone. Technician was rude and he was very heavy handed with the scan. Three days later still pain around my belly. Booking told me they could tell me the gender, but technician refused. Will not go back.

Not comfortable giving them even one star. Professionalism... What is that... Went there for 20 week ultrasound for my wife. The way it was conducted was awful. Lady doing scan didnt utter a word about measurement/health of baby . Just took pictures and thats it. I dont know why the are even there. Open a photography shop, you shouldnt be in health business

Who ever go there please ask about your appointment every 5 min if you have appointment because I got appointment at 2:30 and after reaching 10 min early they lost my paper and they inform me st 3:10 that I need to come back at 4:30, and after arguing they took me in at 3:30...so please be on top of there head...

Better treatment there than at the hospital.

Other reviews I have read have torn this place apart and given them a very low rating. I found them to be excellent. I was having an ultrasound of my shoulder. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The ultrasound done by the technician was more thorough than the one I had done at the hospital. They were on time. I barely had a chance to sit down before I was called in to have my ultrasound done. I have absolutely no complaints. I thought it was important for me to do a review because people are not going to go there because they will read all the other reviews that are terrible.
