    Had a single vehicle accident and had made arrangements with another company to pick up my vehicle, but Island Thunder towed it back to their storage, is charging me over $2000 for a tow that would cost $270-$290 through 2 other companies. On top of that, they wouldnt allow me access to my vehicle after the accident (police said I would be able too) even though my pet was left inside. Completely inhumane!!
