Do I have to chose one star? Cause this towing company deserves a big 0 star. The tow guy is very arrogant and rude. He said if I talked he would raise the bill by $100 everytime I opened my mouth...WOW! He got fed up, (perfect) and disconnected from our stuck truck and left. Thank goodness, as we dont need that kind of unprofessionalism around my neighbourhood. How embarassing it must be to be him right now. We backed out of our situation just fine! Ha! Happy Holidays!
