Horrible towing company with bad communication and service. Told me over the phone they would need only a credit card to release my vehicle but then asked for more information when I got there. Only thing they’re good at is towing away your car away which is easy. They don’t want you get it back. They will try to do everything possible to keep it with them so these crooks can keep charging you for keeping it there for as long as possible

I sent a message but I wanted to do a review I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around. Both made a stressful situation less stressful Within 2hrs I was back on my way. Thank you to you both so much l

Needed help this am. The driver was outstanding in professionalism and helpfulness, i would recommend very strongly.

My vehicle was towed and there was damage done and now the plastic cover (protecting oil pan and motor) dragging when i drive. Thank goodness some random stranger assisted me off the highway to tie it out so i could continue to get to work. NOT HAPPY :(

Had my cars fuel ...

Had my cars fuel pump stop work. Called these guys and had it delivered to my place with no problems and the assistants and driver were the niced people, will use them next time i needed it for sure

Dead battery at 8...

Dead battery at 8pm night! Ugggg. I called these guys rather impatient and didn't want to wait long. They were at my car within 10minutes the driver was excellent and the dispatcher was also professional. I'd recommend them fir sure but hopefully I don't need you again anytime soon.
