    We dealt with them a few times in the past and were happy. I USED to refer them to family and friends. No longer will Two years ago we did a massive landscape contract with them. They did not obtain permits they committed to obtain in the contract. AFTER I paid them, the city threatened to fine us. When I followed up with them, they promised they were working on it. I was not pushy in my follow up with them, giving weeks and months between requests. (We also have trees not planted or repl
