I have found them to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I had a starting problem with my Honda that was puzzling to everyone. The Honda dealership tried to sell me on yet another battery replacement. Eventually Cloutier found out through their contacts that the computer system might need a reboot, this solved the problem, and they didnt charge me for the service.

Excellent shop and service. Stand up guys working at this shop. Helpful to return costumers, and worth dealing with. Been to them twice and find them more personable and helpful than the other shops I've been too.
