I saw this courier vehicle with driver entering Steinbach this morning driving while texting and laptop active beside him. Then he needed to slam on his brakes as traffic slowed to the red light. This is not acceptable! Distracted driving has just killed one of our citizens! (Impossible to send without a rating)
