I had a simple issue with a miscalculation of air miles, was told the manager (John) would call me the next day. Three days later I called back and was told the manager would call me the next day. A week later I was in the store and ran into the assistant manager (Jim). I asked him why I hadn't heard back and his reply was "John has more important things to deal with." So John, you can't take 5 min out of your schedule to keep a $600/month customer happy? I guess you have more important things to deal with than customer service...
