I used to recommend Randy to my friends and associates. I would like to apologise to everyone. I am Very Very Sorry that so many people have had horrible experiences. I had a couple also. Again very sorry and I would never recommend him to anyone else. Sorry.

Excellent work, excellent service, in and out quickly. Couldnt ask for anyone better to be working on your vehicles.

Very disappointed

I have been a customer of Randy's Automotive for a few years now. I had a wheel bearing replaced in November of 2011 and the other front wheel bearing replaced in July of 2012. When I had the car back in July I was told by them that the other wheel bearing needed replaced, the one they put in back in November. This is after the mechanic admitted over the phone that he remembered doing the one in november. Now they are telling me that without my receipt there is nothing they can do and that they keep no records of any work that they do. I know that businesses have to keep all paperwork for at least 3 years. I know the time and date of the work as I had an important trip the following day. I will never go back there and will no longer recommend them to anyone. Steer clear of them unless you want to replace the same parts over and over again.
