Bertrand Conveyancing Services Inc. was formed by Robert Bertrand in 1986. The company started with a contract from one client to provide freelance title search services and real estate closings at the Land Registry office for the Regional Municipality of Peel. The company expanded to provide services to other clients and other offices.
