Captain H. Bal gave my wife and I an offer on our property. Captain presents himself in an arrogant way. He stated his time was more important then ours. Acted like we new nothing about real estate or offer documents. Would not let our lawyer look over his offer. He also stated that he writes lawyers agreements. This guy is full of himself and people should be aware when dealing with this guy.
