Do not let them send your vehicle to another facility for storage as I had mine locked up to their yard. My insurence could not get my car because I needed to PHYSICALLY fill out a release form. Their work hours were 9-5 mon-fri and was nearly impossible to get my car out of the lotte

Great bunch of guys and gals. Thank you for all you do for people in need after an accident we need more people that will put them selves on the line for you. Thank you smurfs towing for all you did for us and the others that were in need of your help.

I was in an accident yesterday and BARB from Smurfs towing was there immediately. I’m a 30 year old single woman so I was really shaken up and out of everything that happened yesterday I remember her the most. She was a literal angel. She cared about how I felt and gave me so much information on where to go and what to do. She carried my stuff for me and called for a rental car within 20 mins of my accident. This is definitely not your average towing company. It’s a family! Thank you so much!

Today I had a flat tire on hwy 407. Unfortunately I did not have a spare tire so I called Smurfs towing and they showed up quickly and did a great job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I called Brien on the 18th of July but kept getting numerous excuses as to why the vehicle cannot be collected. Even after I removed my plates, Brien kept telling the insurance company the vehicle was not released by me. Finally on the 19th, Brien told the agent the vehicle was collected and that it was probably lost. This is his tactic in delaying the pickup so that it incurs more storage. No one currently knows the status of my vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional.

Use them every once in awhile never had one issue
