EQ Shoe repair

1) Charged me to fix the heel, clean and polish shoes, fixed the heel only and did no work to clean or polish them; 2) Told me I could pick up boots on Saturday and it’s listed on their pick-up slip, but they were actually closed and now I’ll be without boots for a winter trip I’m going on. Not good business people. I will not go back here.

Shoe Repair Service

I brought a pair of leather combat boots to this shop for repair. The zippers are made of metal. The top metal piece of one of the zipper fell off causing the zipper is longer working. The service at this shop is outstanding and a very reasonable repair cost. The owner is very friendly and honest. The owner patiently took the time and fixed the zipper, and within 1/2 hour he did it! Amazingly he was able to put the zipper back to working condition without replacing the original metal zipper which is not available in any repair shop that I've checked. I also asked other shop if they can fix the zipper. "No, it must be replaced and the zipper will be ordinary one" they said without thinking and I will have to pay with a high repair cost. I thought to myself - with the repair cost this high, I could buy a new pair. I'm glad I found EQ Shoe Repair shop. I highly recommend this shop. If you want an honest service and low cost, this is the place to go!!!
