They dont even deserve a one-star rating. I and my family have been loyal members of CAA for close to forty years. On July 10,2019 a water main broke and flooded my basement causing extensive damage to basement and contents. What happened has been fifteen months of lies, threats and manipulation. Claim still not settled. Found I didnt get things I was entitled to under my policy. Steer clear if you value your home, belongings, car and honesty and integrity in an insurance company.
