    I have been going to this store frequently for the past 8 years, since I moved to Courtice. I have always been treated with excellent service. The pharmacy staff in particular are assessable, knowledgeable and pleasant.

    The Pharmacy staff in this store is the most miserable, inconsolable group I've dealt with across the GTA and Durham Region. They have a particular lack of consideration that sets them apart. They made me wait at the start of COVID for an asthma prescription for over a week when they had the power to expedite things. Most recently, having been the only in line, they filled my prescription, and wanted me then wait at the end of the line of 10 new customers while hunched over with my back out.
