We always have good service and friendly workers there.

My dog recently stayed at the Etobicoke location for a one night hotel stay and a half day doggie day camp. And he came back to me with a terrible cough with what the vet diagnosed as kennel cough. He is up to date on all his vaccinations and is only 6 yers old. This is not the first time he has stayed at petsmart Etobicoke and everytime he does he contracts kennel cough. Terrible Place! DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE!!!

I just picked up our 5 month old Havanese puppy from her first hair cut. Prior to the appointment I spent time explaining the cut desired to the groomer Robin. When I picked her up I was shocked to see that she appeared shaved rather than a proper trim. Very disappointed and certainly will not be returning nor recommending the grooming services at Pet Smart.

To whomever it may concern, I recently visited Petsmart on Queensway because I was getting a new dog and I had a very great experience. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the items I needed for my new dog. A special thanks to Krish who helped me and my daughter out alot. He was very calm and equally as excited for our new dog. And the pet trainer Beata also knowledgeable about what to do when we get our dog. I will definitely come back with my dog to sign for classes.

The North Qeeensway PetSmart is the only one I go to. Friendly and knowledgable staff. The staff really go the extra mile to help and answer questions you may have on fish, reptile, birds, dogs and cats. They have a grooming center that you can see your pet being groomed plus they have a hotel and a dog sitting option right on site. Great store!

The N Queen store is clean and the check out is never long! I bought fish there yesterday. Mike in their fish department is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, good at his job and a great person. I would recommend dealing with him if you get the chance. The other staff are great too. Their manager Mellissa is knowledgeable in all area's and is such an awesome person. She recommended some fish when I told her the scheme of my tank and she was dead on! Looks amazing! Great staff, great store!
