TLC Medical Supply

Ordered something 2 1/2 weeks ago that was suppose to come in a week or less. I have not heard anything at all and my 2 messages have not been returned. Amazon is more expensive but way more reliable. My amazon order came in 3 days.

Medigas used to service my chairlift. Earlier this year, I was informed that they no longer did so and they referred me to TLC. It has been 3 weeks since I contacted them to service my chairlift. None of my messages have been returned and every call that was answered came with a series of excuses. An elderly lady has now been stuck in her apartment for 3 weeks. Even sharing that info with them got no reaction. Very unprofessional and disorganized company. Found service elsewhere...in a flash!
