Excellent service and a job well done! They kept me informed on a regular basis on the progress with the repair work. I was very pleased with Queensway and would certainly bring my vehicle there again.

Bad paint matching & finishing

Back in the 90's, this was one of the top shops. I had my new car repaired there. The repair was great, and they dismantled what they should. However, the finishing was just horrible. The colour match way off, which should have been easy (not pearl paint). They got overspray on the adjacent door! There also seems to be a finger print left in paint when they were removing the masking. I was treated so badly, I'm paying another shop to repaint at cost of $1200.00. What happened to them?

I was very happy with the service. Everyone was very professional and they went out of the way to help arrange for a car rental and when I picked up my car it was clean and they put it back to the way it was before my car crash. I highly recommend them.

working really really slow, I asked them many times, they always said almost done, and when they finish, they did not call me to pick it up. Will not going there anymore.

terrible service

Wish I could go below 1 star worst mechanic (If you could call him that) ever took my truck after being in an accident and they replace the door and did a complete hack job leaving more damage on the vehicle than what was originally done if you are reading this do NOT! take your vehicle here.

Terrible customer...

Terrible customer service, they lost my tires and then tried to accuse me of bringing in ones with the wrong bolt pattern

Went there today ...

Went there today just for them to check my car after being in an accident to make sure it was still safe to drive. And was told I'd have to make an appointment for next Thursday... you've got to be kidding. The poor service will make sure they never receive my business.
