Awful Service from both Technician and Salespeople We ordered a water conditioner. On their site, its listed to have 10 yrs warranty for the tank. They purposefully set the machine to stop working in 5 years (not when the filter has run its course of 300,000 gallons) and pretend to fix it, charging us 500. After they left, we realized it wasnt working so I called them to have it fixed-- they said they would charge us again for another visit. Needless to say, you should avoid at all cost.
