After calling Doyle Plumbing for an urgent call they were unable to accommodate a quick service but told us if we booked an appt for a week later they would call us as soon as a sooner appt was available. Well almost a week later we received a call to cancel the appt and move it for a later date. Unfortunately this was not goodfor us as we had taken a day off work etc to be there as it was. Instead of coming up with a solution they completely canceled the appt. 24 hr service? I don’t think so
I was having water woes when my water pup would not work so i called Doyle Plumbing,i had to wait a couple hours for them to show up as they were super busy,when they did arrive after a couple hours they had my water back up and flowing,hats off to Grant and Jeff foe fixing us up,the fix was a small grey box and the price was fair and not a kick in the pants,i surely will call them again when the water woes strike again.
I contacted Highlands Plumbing & Heating to have my cold water pressurized tank replaced. A Doyle truck showed up to do the work & quoted $585 less 10% for seniors. I checked the price of the tank & it cost approx. $250. That means I was charged approx. $300 for a service call & ONE hour of labour - in my view this is gouging!!!
I had an emergency situation when my basement started to fill with water as the sump pump had stopped working. One call, and there was someone at the house within the hour. It wasn't too long before the problem was fixed. I was very impressed with the efficiency of this business. I will be sure to call them again for any plumbing needs.
Charged a senior citizen on a limited income and limited understanding $3000 dollars to fix a well pump when the customer could have got a whole new well done for that price from any other reputable well service. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly
Highlands Plumbing is a great company, they did our Plumbing for years. Jack would be proud of his sons Chuck and John. I worked with Chuck for two summers and could not work for a better family.
Did not show for scheduled appointment. Did not provide reasonable explanation. Will take business elsewhere.
