They cleaned the vents in my apartment. They broke the fan in my bathroom and left a mess all over. Just an awful company.

Terrible service, never kept schedule time, no phone calls letting me know they were not coming in. I was reschedule 3 times. Job never finished, no phone calls.

Poorly managed scheduling & customer service

They called me to schedule the cleaning of the fan coil units to be completed between 9AM to 12PM but as 12PM was nearing, no call, no show and I took half day off to be available for them. When I called the main office, the girl who answered was not helpful at all. When finally I was able to get some straight answers from her and I agreed to literally wait for the workers to come in and complete the work the scheduled day, I wanted to ask her how long it would take for the cleaning to be done..
