I have been taking my car to Becks for many years, they always do a wonderful job. They try to minimize extra or unnecessary costs which i really appreciate. highly recommended
They are simply the best! They are honest, professional and timely. I have been 3 times and they have been excellent. I won't go anywhere else.
Hi Mitch, This is the second time I have been doing brake service with Beck, the first time the brake lasted only around 22k. This time I changed all the 4 rotors, brake pads and sensors (parts that I purchased to ensure the good quality),it seems there is an issue in your fixing as even though I have done 800kms I still have burning heat in my rotors. I came the day after it was fixed to you and you were not even interested to look into without appointment & without knowing how serious it is.

You complained on the phone about the brakes feeling like they were seized and the car had difficulty moving, and a red warning light was on the dash. When you came by, our mechanic took it for a road test, he did not experience any of these problems, and the brakes felt fine. Perhaps you left the parking brake engaged? In any case, we are a busy shop and yes, you do need an appointment if we are going to take the brakes apart for a noise that was not there when we road tested it.
Rush job - Poor Service I could NOT remove the tire to put on MY winter Tires. I put the Cars tire wrench on the LUG NUT it was tight, I stood on the wrench, then jumped on the wrench, I weight 175LBs so guess I was putting 200-250FT/LBs of force it, NOT ONE CAME LOOSE. Googling - The Typical Torque Range it is say 70-90 Ft/Lbs. These LUG NUTS were so tight they could have snapped off, while driving. Prior to this a POOR brake job on my SUV - I returned three times for that. Avoid Beck Auto.

I know it is poor business practice to say anything disparaging about a customer, but sir, you are a very rude individual, and prior to your review we already told you never to return. Regarding your review, first, you supplied the cheap quality parts for your SUV, and you DID NOT return three times. Second, even with an air tool, the max torque is about 150 ft/lbs. It took us about 10 seconds to loosen your wheel nuts. To all other auto shops out there, avoid this customer!
First visit came highly recommended. I had a check engine light come on. Tom the owner suggested I return my vehicle to the previous mechanic who worked on it and see whether they would correct the problem at no charge - if not, bring it back and they would fix it. Didn't charge for the diagnostic. What a nice gesture in an industry where honest mechanics are hard to find. I'll be back.
