I placed an order online for a wheelchair walker for my mother from this company. Used paypal for Payment.. went thru fine, confirmation email received. Woke up the next day to find a refund from paypal on my order... except no email or phone call from the actual company with an explanation! Called them multiple times, leaving messages. No answer...no return phone call or email. Don’t buy anything from this company. No customer service, no respect for their customers. Use paypal if you do!
