Ottawa Hot Tub Rentals

Poor service in terms of booking a hot tub. I sent a message a week ago asking for info re prices and dates, and got a response asking which dates and where we were located. I replied right away. They never got back to me. So today I call and talk to a guy who says they responded, and I said yes, but you did not reply to the info I sent you that you asked for. At which point buddy on the phone gets testy and says Hey we are going around in circles here. Nope. You just did not reply.
