Have a Zero Walker, purchased at Motion in Belleville, Ontario. After one year use the rubber grips on handles deteriorated and I asked Motion, Ottawa to replace rubber grips. Staff at front desk and in repair shop informed me that replacement not possible and only solution was to replace entire front assembly on both sides of Walker at a cost of over $150.00. Called Motion, Belleville who sent two replacement rubber grips at cost of $15.00 each and I easily self installed in ten minutes. NO *.

Have always been greeted by friendly helpful staff and this last visit was no different. When faced with my problem the Service Manager went above and beyond to help fix my problem, even staying late to make sure all was well.

They don’t answer the phone, they lie constantly, they don’t order things they say they are going to order and if by some miracle one does do something they say it’s atleast going to be months after they said they would. Giving a star cause I have too Calling themselves mobility specialists is ridiculous

Wheelchair repair needed a part not in stock. Interim Repair could have been welded or machined in hours, or part purchased locally, but customer service is not a priority. Currently 9 weeks and counting! They do not return calls, either.
