    Wouldn't replace my modem after I received a letter from Rogers that I needed to go to a store and upgrade.

    They're only looking for commission, not interested in help

    AVOID! I went in with a simple request. Purchase a flip phone as a gift for my Grandmother. I was told I could not purchase a phone unless it was being activated, upgraded or purchased with a pre-paid plan. One minute the phone was $100 the next it was $60. I asked the Gentleman to call his manager as I've worked at a third party dealer and know that these transactions do not pay the employees commission. The Manager refused to sell me the phone. Lies and excuses followed. Not in your interest
