I work In Peterborough and sold my home rented this Locker for a month , they explained to me they only accepted payment in cash or cheque , paid in cash through night deposit in envelope with unit number and name on envelope , claimed they never received It , I'm a trusting person but now I am very much doubting the ethics and morals of this management and ownership. and had dispute with payment , and moved out , now they say I owe another month because I didn't pay fully for previous month.
I rented a unit from this company in May of 2019. The person that I personally dealt with, was kind, caring and knowledgeable. Whoever does the bank deposits, however needs some instruction on how to do this effectively. Twice I have had 2 or more payments deducted from my account at the same time. This month, December 2020, October 2020, November 2020 as well as December 2020 all came out on the 23rd of December. Big deduction for a senior on a fixed income.
I'm writing a review in the hopes the owner or management will see this and make improvements. Emails go unanswered and there is NO customer service. Once they have rented you a unit, you will not be responded to. It's unfortunate as I am stuck here, and can't get any responses. I would never rent a unit from this place again. Customer service should be essential.
Couldn't have worse service! Seriously, the worst customer service I have ever received regarding anything in my entire life. Called and emailed over 10 times and still no response. Prices went up, service went down and I was locked out of my storage locker for months!
