Once again we had dinner at Waggs I had the prime rib and my husband had the steak.From the moment we walked in the door we had wonderful service . Our waitress Theresa( who we have had several time before) was an excellent server and as always so very very pleasant. she had our glasses filled was more than knowledgeable and always always a wonderful smile. Our dinner as usual was superb. Thank you Theresa and Waggs for a wonderful and very enjoyable evening.
The food and service used to be excellent, and we used to rave about the place.We have been there twice in the last month and both times the service was poor, orders were mixed up, a lot of staff have changed, and the quality has gone down. The garlic mashed potatoes seem to depend on the day or the cook of the day.The manager usually comes to check on the service but he never smiles and makes people feel uncomfortable - you wouldn't dare have a complaint.

We have been a customer of Waggs for over 25yrs. I love the atmoshere, food and service. I have lived in Sarnia all my life and I would have to rate Waggs as one of the best.
Waggs has always kept the consistency of great food, service,and cleanliness as well as keeping the price very reasonable for any family today.
I have never sat at a dirty table or on a dirty chair, The staff always go more than out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make your evening an enjoyable one.
As far as the food ...again consistency!!!! We have never had a dinner come out any less than perfect..
We have company from out of town often and we always suggest Waggs. Especially their Prime Rib...THE BEST IN TOWN!!!

This place is a pit!! Its hooked up to a rat trap motel, and is in dire need of reno. The food is very very blah and over priced for what it is. Think of it as a country diner thats trying too hard to be trendy........and it failed. i've also learned the owners are real jerks as well.
Loved our server .... didn't catch her name, but she was an older lady ... and very nice, attentive, and came across as someone who actually likes what she does!! Loved the decor as well!
Haven't been here in awhile, but the few times I have been there have always been good. I always get the chicken oscar, which never fails to impress me. Good food, probably should go again sometime :P
Great food, fast service with an older looking atmosphere. For a good variety of well prepared meals this is a place to hit. The quality of food matches the price. Friendly staff.
Can't afford this kind of dining on a regular basis - but for an evening of fine dining - it did not disappoint. Food was excellent and served by a very friendly, accomodating waitress. Delivery of food was on the slow side, but that suited our foursome just fine giving us time to enjoy the wine and converstation. Would recommend reservations if going on a Saturday evening.
Very nice cozy feeling inside, Amazing service and an even better experience once my food arrived. Prime rib melted in my mouth like butter and my rice was cooked perfectly with beautifully buttered vegetables to accompany my meal. All i have to say is This is one of the best restaraunts in Ontario.
