    Big Ideas, sounds great....lack of time, lack of communication, does not call if they cannot make it, therefore you have to call them to see when they are coming to finish the product. Poor quality, empty promises. Owner says they do not take holidays (which yes they do). I do not recommend this company to build your projects.

    They installed a new steel roof that they used a shortcut - the plumbing stack pipe wasn't sealed properly in that instead of using the proper 'boot' that seals around the pipe stack, they tried to use a whole tube of caulking so you could see right into the cottage below. When I called to get them out to fix it I got nothing but promises and they never came to fix it. I'm on my own to sort out. Wait until the job is 100% done before paying!
